Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship all over the country. Orders placed in India are catered to by safe and reliable courier companies like Delhivery. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your pieces reach you. How long will it take to get my order?
What is your return or exchange policy?
All our products are handcrafted from the heart. Each product is unique, and no two pieces are exactly the same. Which also means there may be slight differences in colors or print of the product from the image you see on the website. As company policy and due to hygiene reasons we don't offer exchange or refunds on products sold.We offer refunds only if the products are defective or damaged upon receipt. Hence, if there is a problem or defect with your product, please notify us immediately.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled any time before shipping. In such cases refund will be processed through a bank transfer within 10 working days. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding order cancellation.
