<h1>Return & Refund Policy</h1>

<p>Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do <strong>not accept returns or exchanges</strong> on personal-use items such as <strong>hair accessories, jewellery, bibs, or any other wearable or accessory items</strong> for babies, kids, or adults — unless the item is received <strong>faulty, damaged, or not as described</strong>.</p>
<h2>What Can Be Returned or Exchanged:</h2>

<li>Items that arrived damaged</li>
<li>Wrong or missing products</li>
<li>Manufacturing faults (reported within <strong>2 days</strong> of delivery)</li>
</ul>
<h2>What Cannot Be Returned:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Personal-use items (e.g. hair accessories, jewellery, bibs, wearable products) unless faulty</li>
<li>Sale items unless faulty</li>
<li>Used, worn, or unsealed items</li>
<li>Returns requested after <strong>2 days</strong> of delivery</li>
</ul>
<h2>How to Request a Return or Exchange:</h2>

<li>Include:
<ul>
<li>Your order number</li>
<li>Reason for return</li>
<li>A <strong>short unboxing video</strong> showing the issue (required for damaged or incorrect items)</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>After approval, return the item using a <strong>trackable shipping method</strong> to the address we provide</li>
</ol>
<p><em>Note: Items returned without prior approval or unboxing video may not be eligible for refund.</em></p>
<h2>Return Shipping Costs</h2>
<ul>
<li>Return shipping is the <strong>customer's responsibility</strong></li>
<li>CHOKO covers shipping for approved exchanges</li>
<li>We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during return transit</li>
</ul>
<h2>Exchanges</h2>
<p>We only exchange items if they are <strong>defective, damaged, or incorrect</strong>. We do not offer exchanges for size, style, or color preference.</p>
<h2>Refunds</h2>
<p>Refunds are processed if:</p>
<ul>
<li>The item is faulty and cannot be replaced</li>
<li>The return is approved within our <strong>2-day policy</strong></li>
<li>The product is unused and in its original packaging</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Refunds exclude original shipping charges</strong> unless CHOKO is at fault. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to <strong>10 business days</strong> depending on your bank.</p>
<h3>Refunds will NOT be issued for:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Sale items</li>
<li>Incorrect address or recipient unavailability</li>
<li>Returned items damaged due to poor packaging by the customer</li>
<li>Duties or taxes (must be claimed via local customs)</li>
</ul>
<h2>Faulty Goods</h2>
<p>If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us with an unboxing video within <strong>2 days</strong> of delivery. If verified, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.</p>
<p><em>Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.</em></p>
<h2>Important Information</h2>
<ul>
<li>Multiple returns from the same customer may be reviewed and declined at our discretion</li>
<li>Requests to modify our return/refund terms will not be accepted</li>
<li>This policy applies to <strong>orders placed within India</strong> only</li>
