We currently ship across India via trusted delivery partners. Most prepaid orders are shipped using express couriers for faster delivery, while COD orders may be routed via alternate courier networks depending on serviceability.

Prepaid orders typically reach faster through express partners. COD orders may take 2–3 additional business days depending on the courier.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on location, order value, and promotional eligibility. Free shipping may apply on select prepaid orders—this will be shown at checkout.
Special Delivery Requests via Social Media
If you place an order through Instagram, WhatsApp, or other social channels and request urgent or express delivery, we may arrange this through third-party courier services like DTDC or Blue Dart at actual courier charges—shared with you before dispatch.
Please note: CHOKO is not liable for delays or failed deliveries once the parcel is handed over to the courier.
Payment Methods
We accept both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
